Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining payroll-related data for a group of employees on a monthly basis in EMEIA. This includes arranging and processing monthly payroll for all Shared Service customer companies, clarifying payroll-related General Ledger accounts, and providing customer service for all companies with payments handled by the Shared Service Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input data changes for various countries to the provider platform.
  • Ensure that processing monthly payroll processes are handled correctly.
  • Arrange and process monthly payroll for all Shared Service customer companies.
  • Handle issues with external consultants from ADP and others to fix payroll issues and customer-specific adjustments.
  • Prepare booking files to be booked in the Finance SSC in Brno, Czech Republic.
  • Clarify all payroll-related GL accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Provide accruals for monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing and assist the Controlling department and Accounting department with any questions regarding Payroll bookings.
  • Support the Finance department with other reporting.
  • Be an active team member at payroll and time & attendance, including knowledge transfer from current locations into the Shared Service Center.
  • Backup for other team members in SSC and other countries.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in payroll coordination.
  • Proficient in ADP, Success Factors, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Basic German, Dutch, or French language skills applicable.
  • Basic knowledge in accounting.
