Job Title: Lead Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer
">This is a leadership position for an experienced analog mixed signal design engineer who will lead and manage a team of designers to deliver high-quality analog mixed signal IP designs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading teams, managing projects, and delivering results.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of analog mixed signal silicon designers
- Develop and implement detailed circuit design schedules, work breakdowns, design task assignments, and progress tracking, prioritization, team member performance reviews, and technical mentoring for junior team members
- Collaborate with project/IP directors, cross-functional leads, system architects, SOC designers, and physical designers to ensure timely and quality deliverables that meet schedule and technical requirements
- Contribute to the definition of analog circuit architecture for various AMS blocks
- Work closely with other design functions domains across different geographies and time zones to ensure successful cross-functional team engagement and high-quality execution
- Ensure quality of work within schedule and mitigate overall risk
- Proven track record of successfully taking designs to production
- Contribute to the definition of AMS design flows toward improving team productivity, efficiency, and quality of execution
- Deliver AMS block production/bench-level test plans for post-silicon characterization/validation
