Land Acquisition and Property Sourcing Specialist

Join us in a dynamic role where you will oversee the entire process of land acquisition and property sourcing.

  • We are looking for an exceptional Land Acquisition and Property Sourcing Specialist to join our team.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to supervise the overall management of land acquisition and property sourcing matters, including sourcing and site visits, research, and all related aspects.
  • You will handle procedures for obtaining Government (Revenue) land forest land on lease for wind farm purposes.
  • Engage in identification and suitability assessments of locations for upcoming projects.
  • Negotiate with private landowners through brokers, obtain title clearance, conduct land measurements through DILR, execute sale deeds, and obtain permission to purchase agricultural land for bonafide industrial use, among other tasks.
  • Oversee the completion of registration formalities with Sub Registrar offices and draft necessary documents such as MOUs, deeds of conveyance, affidavits, and declarations.
  • You will be involved in fraud verification and proceedings for recovery (on a purely negotiation basis) and fraud detection policy.
  • Attend various Courts, dealing with legal matters related to Civil, Criminal, Land, Labor, and liaise with Central and State departments.
  • Conciliation proceedings before Assistant and Deputy Labor Commissioners are also part of your responsibilities.
  • Liaise with external agencies, architects, consultants, statutory bodies, and work on proposals and contracts aimed at developing external contracts. Collaborate closely with Project and Operations teams on budgets, Value Engineer designs, and drive projects forward.
