We are seeking an experienced Site Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying and securing suitable locations for renewable energy projects, collaborating with project managers to ensure timely delivery, and negotiating with property owners to acquire land at competitive prices.

• Site Identification: Research and network to identify potential sites for solar and wind farms, taking into account zoning regulations, environmental conditions, and other relevant factors.
• Site Visits: Conduct thorough site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed locations, ensuring they meet project requirements.
• Negotiation and Acquisitions: Negotiate with property owners, developers, and government agencies to secure land acquisitions at competitive prices, leveraging strong negotiation skills to build effective relationships.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure smooth project execution, aligning land acquisition efforts with overall project timelines and budget constraints.

• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in land acquisition or a related field, such as real estate development.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry, particularly solar and wind energy technologies.
• Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Acquisition Track Record: Proven track record of successfully acquiring properties for commercial or industrial use.
