Site Acquisition Specialist

Lead a team in overseeing land acquisition and property sourcing for wind farm purposes.

• Supervise site visits, research, and related activities to ensure successful project execution.
• Handle procedures for obtaining Government (Revenue) land on lease, negotiating with private landowners as necessary.
• Identify and evaluate locations for upcoming projects, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Negotiate title clearance, land measurement, and other documents with landowners.
• Oversee completion of registration formalities and draft documents such as MOU, deed of conveyance, affidavits, and declarations.
• Verify fraud cases and proceed with recovery and detection policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Attend to various Courts and legal matters, including Civil, Criminal, Land, Labor, and Liaising with Central and State departments.
• Conduct conciliation proceedings before Assistant and Deputy Labor Commissioner, resolving disputes efficiently.
• Liaise with external agencies, architects, consultants, and statutory bodies for technical specifications, approvals, and clearances.
• Work on proposals and contracts to develop external agreements, collaborating with Project and Operations teams.
