About Our Job:

We are currently seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist who will be responsible for maintaining our organization's knowledge base, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring accurate information accessibility. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, editing documents, and adhering to relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

A comprehensive portfolio showcasing impactful projects, including data-driven insightsProficiency in document development life cycles (DDLC) and software document development lifecycle (SDLC)Craft compelling narratives about the SmartQ product suite across various formatsCollaborate with product managers, software engineers, and subject matter experts to ensure accurate technical detailsDevelop and maintain diverse technical documents, including user guides, product manuals, troubleshooting manuals, and more

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in B2B SaaS companies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Effective collaboration skills, enabling seamless interaction with cross-functional teams
  • Rapid adaptability to grasp and communicate technologies effectively
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proactive attitude, driven by continuous improvement
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a team environment
