Job Title: Deputy Branch Manager/Operation Head

Job Summary:

The Deputy Branch Manager/Operation Head is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a flagship branch, ensuring efficient management of teller counters and lobby services. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service and operations of the flagship branch.
  • Review branch operations reports and control reports.
  • Responsible for updating regulatory display items for the branch.
  • Maintain good branch service index and branch health score card on a monthly basis.
  • Track and close attachment orders and regulatory notices.
  • Co-ordinate with operating agencies and branches on a day-to-day basis.
  • Quality check for all financial and non-financial instructions.
  • Track branch leads, allocation, and closure to participate in branch book improvement and profitability.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and laws.
