Job Title: Strategic Operations Leader

At a leading Fintech firm, we seek an exceptional Delivery Leader to oversee operations for our business in Bengaluru.

We are looking for a seasoned professional who can strengthen our domain capabilities in the Financial Crime industry and develop strategies aligned with growth objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen domain capabilities in Financial Crime industry by driving operational improvements.
  • Develop strategy aligned with growth objectives by analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Drive resource allocation optimization across teams and measure progress against business goals.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and establish strong relationships.
  • Manage P&L of business operations, including overall business strategy development and execution.
  • Lead a global team and improve organizational efficiencies.
  • Develop best practices across offerings and collaborate with domains to share knowledge.
  • Lead innovation & value-add efforts between Client and Concentrix.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Profile and Experience:

  • 12+ years of operations experience in a BPO/Contact Centre with last few years managing operations.
  • Deep understanding of banking operations, particularly KYC, CDD, EDD, Chargeback, Disputes, Fraud Investigations, AML, AFC, transaction monitoring, crypto currency, wallet screening.
