Transforming supply chain operations requires a strategic leader who can drive excellence. As a key figure in this role, you will be responsible for designing and owning the supply chain design and execution charter for Quick Commerce.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop end-to-end supply chain processes and planning workstreams, incorporating automation to enhance efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with finance, business, transportation, and other teams to build seamless processes and drive successful execution.
  3. Analyze market trends and benchmark against industry best practices to inform supply chain decisions.
  4. Establish clear objectives and manage execution to deliver impactful results.
  5. Define a roadmap and metrics to measure progress of initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
  6. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive negotiations, align stakeholders, and make informed decisions while maintaining high speed of execution.

The ideal candidate should possess 2+ years of experience in program or project management, knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology, proficiency in MS Access and SQL, and ability to craft clear and detailed requirement documents.
