Paid Social Strategy Lead

About the Opportunity:

You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for paid social channels, including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.

This involves performing in-depth analysis and making recommendations on budget allocation across channels, devices, and campaigns to drive app acquisition campaign improvement and meet monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid social strategies for multiple channels.
  • Perform cross-functional analysis to optimize budget allocation.
  • Drive app acquisition campaign improvement and meet monthly targets.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and creative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams to provide guidance on executing local tactics.
  • Contribute to the improvement of best practice guidelines and share digital expertise across teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Experience managing campaigns for at least 2 of the following channels: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, or Twitter.
  • Strong app acquisition expertise and full-funnel marketing experience.
  • Leadership experience, including project management, team instruction, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable roadmaps.
  • Experience with incrementality test solutions to inform campaign and budget decisions.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies, and best practices in digital marketing.
