Key Responsibilities:
  • We curate evaluate and manage a portfolio of Alternative offerings including AIFs PMS Co-Investing opportunities and Unlisted Securities via referral.
  • We drive product penetration and adoption within the Private Banking domain through sharp positioning playbooks and client-ready narratives.
  • We build strong relationships with fund managers deal originators and referral partners to access differentiated opportunities for our clients.
  • We equip Private Bankers and Investment Counsellors with training tools and structured conversations to enhance sales effectiveness and client impact.
  • We deliver insightful product notes market perspectives and thematic content that position us as leaders in Alternatives.
  • We ensure Alternatives contribute meaningfully to Wealth P&L growth with focus on scaling relevant and ahead of the curve product solutions.
Requirements:
  • You should have understanding and experience of working in a financial institute working with client-facing strategies and propositions.
  • An MBA from a reputed institute is preferred but not required. Post Graduate Degree preferably in Economics Mathematics Finance or professional qualifications like CA are also accepted.
  • You should demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You must exhibit behaviours consistent with our Values.
  • Good communication skills are essential.
  • Industry and sector knowledge are necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
  • Presentation Data management and Product analysis knowledge are desired.
  • Planning and organising skills are necessary.
