We seek a seasoned Healthcare Management Partner to join our innovation squad. Your hands-on experience will help us create user-driven designs that meet the needs of healthcare workers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Feedback & Development Support: Collaborate with our product team to test new features, evaluate tools, and suggest improvements based on real-world use cases.
- Healthcare Insight Contributor: Share your knowledge of healthcare workflows, challenges, and needs to inform our solution development.
- Pilot Program Participation: Assist in product testing rounds, gather feedback from peers, and contribute to usability reviews of upcoming features.
- Collaborative Ideation: Participate in idea-sharing sessions with our tech team to improve communication tools, AI features, reminders, and clinical support tools.
- Training & User Enablement: Support internal and external teams by translating product features into practical use cases for frontline workers.
Ideal Background:
- Clinical, administrative, or academic healthcare experience.
- Familiarity with digital health tools (EMRs, telehealth, AI, mobile apps).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for improving the healthcare system through user-driven design.
- Bonus: Experience contributing to digital product development or pilot programs.
