Job Role
  • Develop and implement strategic market expansion plans, identifying key regions and ecosystems for AI adoption.
  • Design and lead large-scale AI initiatives, integrating Qure's tools with existing Govt Digital/eHealth projects.
  • Navigate tenders and grant mechanisms, building partnerships that unlock scale and accelerate procurement.
  • Pursue funding opportunities through bilateral, multilateral, and philanthropic channels.
  • Engage with policymakers and technical committees to create budget lines and inclusion in national digital-health programmes.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, partners, and global funding organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate market needs into product roadmaps, implementation playbooks, and evidence-generation studies.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Establishing Qure as a prominent player in national and state-level public health systems.
  • Sourcing government budgets and international financing for AI-led screening programs.
  • Securing multi-year government contracts to drive national digital health goals across India, SE Asia, and Africa.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-8 years in Enterprise Business Development/Growth/Public Health/Med-Device or Govt Advisory.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required; additional regional languages advantageous.
  • Fully flexible and prepared for extensive travel across focus markets.
