About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Management Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Management Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with various stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, create and maintain process documentation, assist in the implementation of solutions, and monitor quality of service delivery.

This role involves analyzing business processes and workflows to standardize, improve or automate them, delivering process and solution documentation across multiple teams, geographies, and tools, leading projects from start to finish, ensuring timely goal achievement, developing a deep understanding of individual teams and processes to ensure the best-fit solution development, monitoring project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions, documenting all work to a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for standardization, improvement, or automation.
  • Documentation and Communication: Deliver process and solution documentation across multiple teams, geographies, and tools, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely goal achievement and successful project delivery.
  • Solution Development: Develop a deep understanding of individual teams and processes to ensure the best-fit solution development.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
  • Knowledge Documentation: Document all work to a high professional standard, maintaining accurate records of processes, solutions, and project outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • English Fluency: Proficiency in English (at least Upper-Intermediate).
  • Effective Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Global Team Experience: Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Business Process Modeling Knowledge: Basic understanding of business process modeling, workflow, and project management principles.
  • Data Analysis Tools Familiarity: Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Teamwork and Priority Management: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and tasks.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Candidates with experience in:

  • Business Analysis or Related Roles: Experience in a business analysis or related role.
  • Project Management Tools: Experience using project management tools, such as Monday.com.
  • Ecommerce Systems and Online Advertising: Understanding of ecommerce systems and experience with online advertising.
