Job Profile:

We seek a skilled Functional Consultant - CRM and TOSCA.

This role requires expertise in MS Dynamic CRM + TOSCA and a proven track record of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant and at least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 20162015. Strong skills in MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with development teams to provide a better understanding of business users' needs.
  • Document business requirements and review them with the business and technology teams.
  • Work with business users to develop acceptance criteria for test cases and test scenarios.
  • Maintain SSRS reporting services experience and be proficient in Agile or Waterfall approaches.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Customer Engagement including Field Services and Project Service Automation.
  • Basic knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps Flow Power BI).
  • Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model.
