Dynamic 365 Sales Professional Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales expert with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy in designated territories, working closely with vendor and industry teams to achieve success.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively negotiate terms, create pricing proposals, and manage the contract process.
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt new business opportunities and build trust with technical and business audiences.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple commercial processes, forecasting accurately, and identifying challenges to positive commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years B2B sales track record with a focus on Microsoft Sales and ERP solutions and Business Applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Solutions (CRM, Dynamics 365 BC, Dynamics NAV, Finance and Operations)
  • An independent self-starter and no-nonsense mentality
  • You understand how to translate Industry business problems into technology solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • Prior consulting services sales experience required, and an understanding of Microsoft's Business Applications preferred (Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Project Operations)
