MS Office Support Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled MS Office support engineer to provide technical expertise and excellent support for Microsoft 365 product applications at a Level 2 skillset.

About the Role
  • This role involves performing Level 2 application support and incident management, working with the Productivity Tools team to own and support several products within Microsoft 365.
  • You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our Microsoft 365 product applications at a Level 2 skillset.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform Level 2 application support and incident management for Microsoft 365 product applications.
  2. Work with the Productivity Tools team to own and support several products within Microsoft 365, including all Office applications, MS Outlook, multiple add-ins for the MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and WinZip.
  3. Provide technical expertise and support for our Microsoft 365 product applications at a Level 2 skillset.
  4. Escalate complex issues to Level 3 engineers or vendors as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science engineering or technology.
  • Technical certifications are an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
  1. A strong background in troubleshooting on enterprise Windows, Mac, and iOS environments, as well as MS Office 365 applications, is required.
  2. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to crashes, performance, installation, data loss, features, licensing, and deployment of Office applications and their add-ins within enterprise environments.
  3. Expertise in supporting Outlook and native email clients, with deep knowledge of delegation, shared mailbox access, PST migrations, online archives, and related enterprise environment issues.
  4. Basic knowledge and experience of Microsoft Exchange Admin Center and delegation permissions.
