Regulatory Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in the power sector regulatory framework.

  • Prepare and submit filings, determine tariffs, draft petitions, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Commissions/Power Utilities to provide comprehensive support for regulatory submissions.
  • Draft, compile, and submit regulatory petitions, compliance reports, replies to queries, and objections raised by commissions or stakeholders.
  • Analyze existing policies, tariff orders, and guidelines to ensure alignment with statutory frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the power sector regulatory framework.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in filings, tariff determination, and petitions before SERCs/CERC.
  • B.E. / B. Tech (Electrical / Power / Energy / Related discipline) with MBA / PGDM in Finance or Power Management.
