Job Title: FIX Protocol Expert

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned FIX Protocol expert to join our global connectivity team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the FIX protocol, strong analytical and logical thinking capabilities, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business workflows and translate them into software solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and their technology vendors.
  • Participate in strategic projects such as system improvements, regulatory changes, and rollout of new functionalities on the platform.
Key Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of FIX protocol (ver. 4.2/4.4).
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Java, C++, Python).
  • Experience with Unix/Linux-based O/S applications.
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols, VPN, Extranet connectivity, and TCP/IP concepts.
  • Exposure to asset classes: Equities, Futures, Options, FX.
  • Proven experience in training and mentoring junior team members.
