About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Policy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

  • Propose amendments to policy for better implementation and functioning.
  • Check Rules Coding in Systems at regular intervals and ensure it aligns with design.
  • Review Scorecard and Analytical tool outputs periodically from a policy perspective.
  • Visit locations, interact with local teams, vendors, etc., and resolve issues.
  • Suggest process improvements based on feedback from line teams and market benchmarking.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review Program level triggers and ensure compliance with all policy triggers.
  • Monitor portfolios from various angles and suggest policy amendments.
  • Provide training and query resolution support to sales, credit, and operations teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in conceptualizing, designing, and rolling out auto loan policies and managing the entire product life cycle.
  • Hands-on experience in similar industries (used cars, new cars, TW, etc.).
  • Ability to develop, review, and make amendments to auto loan products and policies.
