Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Account Development Executive to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients in the technology and IT staffing sector.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic account planning.
  • Client Solutions: Understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide customized solutions that meet their needs.
  • Delivery and Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified IT candidates to clients.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Client Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management within the technology and IT staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies (AI), network technologies, and roles that support these disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ATS and VMS platforms.
