Teaching Position

The purpose of this position is to ensure academic excellence by planning, designing, and implementing curricula.

  • Create daily and long-term lesson plans according to curriculum guidelines.
  • Develop children's interests, abilities, and coordination through various creative activities.
  • Maintain productive working habits and discipline in the classroom.

Responsibilities include supervising students throughout the day, attending staff meetings, training sessions, assessing and evaluating educational progress, and maintaining positive relationships with students.

Classroom Management

  • Display updated information on the bulletin board.
  • Appoint captains for various disciplines.
  • Encourage children to clean their own classroom.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant subject with B.Ed.
  • 3-5 years of teaching experience.
  • Excellent classroom management skills, creativity, patience, and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork, collaborative thinking, planning, organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • Subject expertise and basic knowledge of MS Office.
