Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Quality & Compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our projects are delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct internal audits to identify project risks and gaps, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and communicate findings to the Head of Quality & Compliance.
  • Review quality specifications and documents to ensure they meet organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to educate them on organizational processes and procedures.
  • Support delivery teams in meetings, communication, and deliverables across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of SDLC concepts.
  • Experience working with project collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Lean, and Kanban.
  • Good knowledge of code analysis tools.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
