Job Opportunity

A highly skilled BIM expert is required to lead the estimation and cost analysis team, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely project cost estimates.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage 5D BIM models using Cubi cost software.
  • Extract quantities, BOQs, and material take-offs directly from BIM models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and international standards in cost estimation and construction methodologies.
  • Lead the Estimation and cost analysis team, delivering high-quality results.

About the Role:

  • This position requires a degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Estimation, Quantity Surveying, costing, and tendering of global infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM-based estimation, quantity take-offs, and cost management is essential.

Necessary Skills:

  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills are necessary to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential for collaboration with stakeholders and presentation of complex data.
  • Analytical: Analytical skills are necessary for identifying challenges and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.

Additional Information:

  • Experience in working with international construction standards is advantageous.
