Civil Engineer Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee end-to-end project execution for villa construction, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion. Coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams is also crucial for smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to construction drawings and specifications. Quality control measures and compliance with safety regulations must be implemented. Technical issues arising during construction must be identified and resolved promptly.

Project reports, progress updates, and documentation must be prepared for management review. Compliance with local building codes, legal requirements, and regulatory approvals is essential.

Required skills and qualifications include a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification, with 7+ years of experience in construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and safety regulations is necessary. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management software is also required.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently is also crucial.

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
