Data Engineering Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineering Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading data engineering teams and managing large-scale data systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable data architectures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code using ETL tools like Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica BDM, Informatica IDQ, and Informatica Cloud Services
  • Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, Netezza, Snowflake, Azure SQL, and Hive
  • Experience with data warehouse and BI tools like DAC (Data Warehouse Administrative Console), Qlik, and OBIEE
  • Proficiency in cloud migration and SaaS-to-Oracle SQL migration
  • Advanced SQL skills and expertise in performance tuning, query optimization, and data modeling
  • Leadership skills, including offshore/onshore team leadership, L2/L3 support, peer reviews, release management, and client communication

Requirements:

  • At least 14 years of experience in data engineering and leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of ETL tools, databases, and data warehousing technologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
