Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and maintenance of our data pipelines.

  • Data Engineering Expertise: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Glue, Python, EMR/Spark, and Kafka/Kinesis streaming.
  • Database Architecture: Develop relational databases with a preference for Aurora Postgres, utilizing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements, design solutions, and document data pipelines and procedures.
  • Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance: Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
Required Skills
  • Cloud Technologies: Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS, with experience in services like Aurora/RDS, Glue, Lambda, EC2, S3, EMR, Step Functions, Cloud Trail, and Cloud Watch.
  • Programming Languages: Hands-on experience building data pipelines using Glue, Python, and EMR/Spark, as well as expertise in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures in Postgres.
  • Database Design: Extensive experience with relational database design and development, with a strong preference for Aurora Postgres.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
