Job Title: Sales Director

At Assurance Intl Limited, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and operations in the assigned region.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned sales professional who is passionate about driving business growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a strong understanding of the market and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet sales targets and profitability within the allocated region.
* Identify business opportunities in assigned geography in consideration of new channel and portfolio mix.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential stakeholders in the value chain, e.g., channel partners/distributors, retailers, end consumers.
* Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
* Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or management roles.
* Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
