Job Title: Financial Reconciliation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Financial Reconciliation Manager. This key role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

  • Deliverables will be clear and achievable, with regular progress updates provided to senior management.
  • The Finance Team will be coordinated effectively to ensure all reports are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Reports will be thoroughly reviewed before submission to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Numbers will be reconciled, and all reports will carry matching details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular updates and progress reports will be provided to senior management.
  • A smooth operation and project execution will be ensured through effective coordination with team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Operations Management, Data Science, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple team members and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of business management and operations processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
