Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving change and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Lead Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement new changes, providing analytical and subject matter expertise.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to identify areas for improvement and drive process efficiencies.
  • Analyse data and provide recommendations to improve reconciliation processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver defect-free changes to production.
  • Maintain existing reconciliations and on-board new ones in line with project standards.
  • Evaluate the reconciliations platform for compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop innovative solutions to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in reconciliation development, preferably in IntelliMatch modules.
  • Strong database skills in SQL.
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess knowledge of Agile project methodology and risk management principles.
  • Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, and POWERSHELL scripting is an advantage.
