Job Overview

As an experienced Engineering Manager, you will lead and scale our high-performing engineering team. Your expertise in Data Analytics, AI/ML, and Big Data technologies will drive the success of our projects.

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship

Lead, mentor, and grow a talented engineering team. Manage team performance and conduct quarterly appraisals. Handle resource planning and hiring initiatives.

  • Agile & Delivery Management

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Plan and manage sprints and releases. Monitor team velocity and sprint metrics. Ensure timely delivery of features and adherence to roadmap commitments. Allocate tasks and manage workload balance.

  • Hands-On Technical Oversight

Be hands-on in relevant technologies and assist in firefighting when required. Enforce coding standards and development best practices. Oversee code reviews to maintain high technical quality.

  • Communication

Coordinate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Manage discussions around bugs, issues, and technical fixes.

  • Solution Ownership

Take responsibility for overall tech delivery. Manage solution architecture ensuring scalability and performance. Facilitate demos, Proof of Concepts (PoC), and Technology Evaluations (TeC). Support DevOps and deployment processes.

  • Strategic Alignment

Ensure technical decisions align with architectural and business objectives. Proactively remove impediments and support continuous improvement.
