Job Role - Lead ME Engineer
Location: Gwalior
Purpose/Objective:
The primary responsibility is to develop and implement process planning for new components, ensuring quality standards and customer approval.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create manufacturing processes for new components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies.
- Develop CNC programs and conduct first-time-right prove-outs on CNC machines.
- Select and validate cutting tools for machining operations.
- Design and oversee the manufacture of jigs, fixtures, and gauges.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Orient customers towards achieving first part approval.
- Maintain accurate process documentation in compliance with quality standards.
- Evaluate and implement process improvements, leading to reduced cycle times.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical).
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Proven leadership capabilities and team management expertise.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
