Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior QA Engineer, located in Bhopal. The Senior QA Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues, and ensuring the quality and performance of software products. The role involves manual and automated testing, continuous integration, and regression testing. The Senior QA Engineer will also be expected to mentor junior QA team members and contribute to the improvement of QA processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in manual and automated testing
  • Proficiency in developing and executing test plans and test cases
  • Knowledge of continuous integration, regression testing, and test automation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to mentor and lead junior QA team members
  • Experience in the technology or software development industry is a plus
