We are seeking an experienced architect to join our team as a Senior Digital Experience Manager. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital experience platforms and the ability to design, implement, and deliver robust solutions.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for leading the architecture and implementation of digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The successful applicant will have hands-on experience with AEM and a solid understanding of integrating it with enterprise systems like CRM, DAM, and eCommerce platforms.

  • Design and Implementation: Design and implement high-performance web content management solutions using AEM, aligned with business needs and technology goals.
  • Integration and Interoperability: Lead the integration of AEM with CRM systems, Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, and eCommerce solutions to provide seamless digital experiences.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex business requirements into technical workflows and detailed architecture plans. Work directly with stakeholders to ensure delivery success.
  • Infrastructure Planning: Evaluate existing infrastructure for performance and scalability. Plan capacity for future needs. Conduct impact analysis and infrastructure assessments based on project needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • AEM Architecture and Development: Strong, hands-on experience with AEM required.
  • Integration and Interoperability: Proficiency in integrating AEM with CRM, DAM, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Web Development Expertise: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, JSP.
  • Java/J2EE Technologies: Servlets, JSP, Tag Libraries, JSTL.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodology: Experience in Agile methodology and ability to function as a Scrum Master.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
