Financial Leadership Opportunity:

We seek an experienced and skilled finance professional to lead our financial operations in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will oversee the production of monthly and year-end financial statements, drive the preparation of periodic financial reports, and manage a full-cycle accounting team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience, with expertise in IFRS standards, SAP, and Excel. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial reporting procedures aligned with corporate standards
  • Plan, organize, and review activities of the accounting team, including accounts payable, payroll, journal entries, and cash management
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to grow the finance function and support global expansion initiatives
  • Lead the year-end audit process, ensuring financial statements comply with relevant standards and practices; interact with external auditors
  • Drive the implementation of harmonized processes and tools across regions based on best practices/strategies
  • Provide financial analysis and management information to support planning initiatives through FP&A and Global Finance collaboration
  • Ensure all internal controls and procedures are in place and effective
  • Participate in special projects as required for business growth and development
  • Maintain compliance with local tax laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant certification
  • A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working in a multi-site environment and international operations
  • Proven track record of managing a full-cycle accounting team
  • Good knowledge of IFRS standards
  • Knowledge of SAP is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to foster employee performance and development
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Organized, analytical, and result-driven individual
