Job Overview

  • We are seeking a seasoned expert in Oracle Utilities C2M suite to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deep knowledge of Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Service and Asset-based architecture, Field Service Integration, Smart Grid Gateway, and meter-to-cash processes.
  • Expertise in billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, service orders, and strong understanding of Customer Information Systems (CIS), MDM, and utility operations.
  • Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and strong background in data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams, and conduct architecture reviews and workshops.
  • Proven track record of delivering Oracle Utilities solutions in large-scale utility implementations and experience with cloud migration strategies and hybrid models.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT experience, familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture.
  • Knowledge of head-end system integration, AMI, and SCADA data flows, role-based access control, security policies, and data privacy standards.
  • Enterprise utility architecture design experience, ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and architecture blueprints, and proven track record of delivering solutions.
