Quantity Surveyor

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of agencies' contract conditions and prepare draft letters for submission.
- Collaborate with project members, project managers, and procurement teams to address contractual issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead the finalization of mitigation plans and negotiate with agencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Complete negotiations with agencies and provide clarification as needed.
- Facilitate internal meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, procurement, and contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, project management, and power industry processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate inputs within Mitsubishi Power India and management approvals.
Education:
B.Tech/B.E/CS/Diploma in any discipline from a reputable college/university.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
