Tecnicas Reunidas is a world-leading international general contractor engaged in the engineering and construction of industrial facilities in the fields of Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power Generation, Energy Transition, Infrastructures and industries, etc.
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team and work on Oil and Gas projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Oil and Gas industry Codes and standards, with a minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Quantity Surveyor for Oil and Gas projects.
Responsibilities:- Study and understand contractual documents such as Price list and Measurement and Payment Criteria.
- Prepare excel checking files, attending to contractual documents.
- Develop on site measurements.
- Develop in cabinet measurements.
- Consolidate quantities by drawing.
- Review of the Partial Payment Certifications prepared by subcontractors and hold clarification meetings.
- Develop reports requested by Project Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Quantity Surveyor for Oil and Gas projects.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft office, AutoCad.
- BE/BTech (Civil Engineering).
