Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project members, project managers, and procurement teams to address contractual issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead the finalization of mitigation plans and facilitate communication with agencies.

Dimensions:

  • Contract review and proposal development.
  • Collaboration with internal teams for proposal submissions and management approvals.
  • Negotiation and proposal skills to secure agency agreements.
  • Knowledge of basic legal terms, arbitration, and implications.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Completion of negotiations and clarification with agencies.
  • Facilitation of internal meetings and discussions.

Nature & Scope:

  • Experience in project, product, and process knowledge of the power industry, particularly in FGD.
  • Clear understanding and hands-on experience in project execution and project knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate inputs within MPW and management approvals/presentations.

Person Profile:

  • B.Tech/B.E/CS/Diploma in any discipline from a reputable college/university.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and presentation skills.
  • Good communication skills, networking, and interpersonal relationships.
