SAP Business Objects Consultant

The Role:

As a seasoned SAP Business Objects Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and developing ETL projects using SAP Business Objects Data Services. Your expertise in data migration, data quality, and system integration will drive business value by ensuring seamless data flow across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ETL projects using SAP Business Objects Data Services
  • Develop strong experience in documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and test cases
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in data warehousing and analytics
  • Communicate effectively with end-users, managers, and technical personnel to ensure successful project outcomes

Technical Skills:

  • Analytics/Data warehouse experience using SAP Business Objects Data Services/ Data Integrator 4.0 or above for data migration & data quality
  • Integration of BODS with SAP modules (SAP ECC, BW and HANA) and Non-SAP data sources
  • Working knowledge of SAP BW on HANA, Native HANA, SAP ECC Functional (FI, OTC)
  • Experience in large projects of SAP / Non-SAP data migration roll-outs with SDLC knowledge
  • Cleansing data using Data Quality transforms and coding contribution to deliverables
  • Defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing
