We seek an exceptional professional to support our SAP SuccessFactors operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support for recruitment functionalities, including job requisitions, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, offer approvals, and hiring workflows.
  • Manage user issues with the Learning Management System (LMS), troubleshoot content errors, and configure learning paths for optimal training delivery.
  • Support the entire performance management lifecycle, troubleshoot performance form access issues, and provide analytical support through performance reports.
  • Maintain talent pools, readiness ratings, and development plans, and generate reports to identify talent gaps.
  • Assist in managing career development plans, competency frameworks, mentoring programs, and career path simulations.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
