Job Description:

Award-winning CloudEagle is looking for a seasoned Java Backend Developer with strong product management skills. This role offers the perfect blend of technical expertise and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You'll work closely with our engineering, product, and customer teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend components. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Writing clean, efficient Java code
  • Reading and understanding external API documentation
  • Debugging production issues by analyzing logs and participating in on-call rotations
  • Testing and validating APIs using Postman or similar tools
  • Collaborating with product managers and developers to translate requirements into technical tasks
  • Taking part in technical analysis, design discussions, and roadmap planning

You'll have the opportunity to contribute to automated testing and CI/CD practices while working with a fast-growing team that prioritizes impact-driven results.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Java backend development
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting API documentation
  • Hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of product thinking or interest in pursuing product management in the future
  • Familiarity with tools like Postman, log analyzers, and version control systems (Git)
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work cross-functionally
