We're seeking a seasoned quality engineer to spearhead our automation and quality practices across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end QA strategies, incorporating test automation and exploratory testing methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
  • Implement shift-left and shift-right testing best practices to enhance CI/CD pipelines and deliver fast and reliable feedback.
  • Coach teams on quality, testability, and resilience, ensuring a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in software testing, with at least 3 years of experience in automation using JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong background in API testing, BDD/TDD, and working with distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Git, Jira, and CI tools like Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in performance, security, or accessibility testing.
  • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or AI/ML testing.
