Job Description

The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems, processes, and procedures across all aspects of our business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and improving existing quality management processes to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions;
  • Configuring and customizing quality management software to support inspection processing, quality notifications, and audit management;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective quality management solutions;
  • Conducting system testing and providing user training to ensure successful adoption of QM processes;
  • Troubleshooting and resolving quality-related issues to minimize disruption to operations;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP QM in ECC or S/4HANA environments;
  • A strong understanding of quality management principles, including inspection types, usage decisions, results recording, and quality notifications;
  • Experience configuring quality control processes such as incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection;
  • Familiarity with integration points between QM and modules like MM (procurement quality), PP (in-process quality), and PM (maintenance quality checks);
  • Experience writing functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and interfaces related to QM;
  • SAP S/4HANA QM experience is a strong plus;
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit support within a manufacturing or life sciences environment is an advantage;
  • Fluency in English is required;
