Secure File Transfer Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the design, configuration, and maintenance of secure file transfer solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and maintain secure file transfer solutions for seamless integration with various systems.
  • Manage inbound and outbound file transfer workflows, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand file transfer requirements and implement customized solutions.
  • Implement robust security measures, including encryption, digital signatures, and certificate management.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for configuration, workflows, and operational procedures.
  • Automate recurring tasks to optimize file transfer performance.
  • Provide production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis for file transfer issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with secure file transfer protocols and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of file transfer protocols: FTP, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, HTTPS.
  • Experience in configuring file workflows, partner profiles, and file processing rules.
  • Familiarity with PKI, SSL/TLS certificates, encryption standards, and secure file exchange best practices.
  • Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot errors, and resolve operational issues.
  • Experience with UNIX/Linux environments and scripting (Shell, Python) for automation.
