About this role:
The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal part in driving business growth through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision-makers, promoting our staffing and payroll solutions, and achieving sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients for staffing, contract hiring, and payroll outsourcing services.
- Maintain long-term relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Human Resources.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years in staffing, recruitment, or payroll services.
- Experience in contract staffing and payroll outsourcing is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with an established network across India are highly preferred.
