Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Engineering Lead to spearhead our QA efforts. As a trusted expert in quality engineering, you will drive the development of quality standards and best practices, design and implement test automation strategies, and oversee the establishment and maintenance of QA processes across multiple platforms.

  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test automation strategies for regression and performance testing, leveraging tools such as Playwright, Selenium, and BrowserStack
  • Elevate QA processes across Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir/NodeJS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes) environments
  • Collaborate closely with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of software development
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Oversee test environments and coordinate testing activities across platforms, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions
  • Maintain detailed test documentation and reporting, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Mentor junior QA engineers, promoting growth and development within the QA function

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong background in quality engineering, leadership experience, and hands-on expertise with automation tools. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of programming skills in Python and TypeScript, as well as experience testing Web, Mobile, and Backend applications.
