Delivery Management Leader">

We are seeking a visionary Delivery Management Leader to spearhead our project delivery efforts and drive organization-wide strategy for delivery management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects and services in a highly matrixed global delivery model, with experience in defining the vision for all delivery management activities across the organization.

This leadership role requires strong expertise in delivery management best practices, as well as the ability to lead and define adherence to Argano delivery management processes and procedures.

In addition to these key skills, the successful candidate will also possess advanced knowledge in agile development principles and techniques, as well as experience in overseeing and managing complex accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Define vision for delivery management activities
  • Manage larger groups of team members
  • Larger complex accounts
  • Lead adherence to delivery management processes
  • Exhibit expertise in delivery management best practices
  • Deliver projects and services in a matrixed delivery model
  • Accountable for account growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field
  • MBA, relevant masters degree, or PhD expected

Experience:

  • 10+ years of relevant delivery experience
  • Gained industry experience through different roles in IT support, customer service, or project delivery
  • Experience in different leadership roles
  • Prior experience of complex project delivery processes mandatory at this level
  • Experience in applying agile development principles and techniques
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing and managing complex accounts
