About the Role

This role involves delivering dashboard reporting to provide a holistic view of marketing performance for clients. We are seeking an individual with proven experience in the Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver data-driven insights and support client success.
  • Design and build marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
  • Manage data streams and possess a solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Experience in Data Mapping and Normalisation, Datorama Data Streams, APIs, and TotalConnect is essential.
  • Visualise data to tell a compelling story and provide a comprehensive view of marketing performance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience using MCI/Datorama.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
