We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join our team in Mumbai. The role requires strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data, derive insights, and support data-driven decision-making for business growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and identify opportunities to enhance ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple marketing channels (digital campaigns, CRM, web analytics, etc.).
  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support marketing strategy and decision-making.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align data insights with business objectives.
  • Develop predictive models and segmentation to enhance targeting and personalization.
  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring and data-backed recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Stay updated on analytical tools, marketing technology, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills Needed

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing/consumer-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills with data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and deliver actionable insights within deadlines.
